brief=On the morning of September 11, 2001, Fernando and his family in Mexico watch the news in horror as the Twin Towers collapse. His father, Balthazar, is an undocumented busboy on the top floor in the Windows on the World restaurant. Three weeks pass, and there is no word from Balthazar. No telephone calls, money orders, or hope that he is alive. As the family grieves, feeling the emotional and financial toll of their absent patriarch, Fernando's distraught mother swears she sees her husband on news footage - escaping from the building ALIVE. Heroic Fernando decides to take the epic journey from Mexico to New York City to find his father and save his family. Along the way, he finds love and befriends an eclectic group of international characters that help him restore his faith in humanity, as Fernando discovers the hard truths about his father, the melting pot of America, and the immigrant experience

Something I realised visiting the memorial was that for a foreigner ( I visited the US some time back for the 1st time) its very difficult to grasp the enormity of the tragedy. Standing at the pools in between these massive buildings it made me feel so small and that was when I actually got a sense of the panic and fear imagining what it must have felt to be standing where I was standing on that September day. No documentaries or raw footage is able to show the whole situation in actual physical perspective. It's very surreal how tiny you and your whole life is when you look at the sky and then on the names written by the pool. It was an incredible experience for me and was indeed an experience that I was affected by the most during my trip. Over the later months I'd came to recognise that I'd never forget how it felt and it's something I think about often. I implore you to notice and reflect on that if you happen to visit the memorial.

Windows on the world elevator. All he had to do was to consult the works of Tacitus to see he is way off track, as is anyone who use's the bible as a history book. Only played at movie festivals at this time (unfortunately) Windows on the World is a great movie that will appeal to many of us. It is well written, new in perspective and very moving.
Along with Burning, it is the best movie that I have watched so far this year.

There isn't any evidence that Moses existed nor Israel during the time the bible claims they were there. The reason is because Moses was the great grandson of Joseph, who never left Israel and in order for the Jews to create a history they stole it from the bloodline of Joseph. Historical evidence shows that Joseph was the first King of Israel in Egypt and that his son's ruled over Egypt and were Kings in Egypt long after the Jews claimed they left. The dates are wrong! Moses left but what god was he serving at the time is anyone's guess. El never gave men permission to murder innocent animals in the desert. So did Moses write all this stuff or did someone revise Moses' writings to include the pagan slaughter of animals to appease the gods.
